Don’t let the outside appearance stop you from eating here. The food is fabulous! My husband is still raving about the Bean Soup. I had Tenderloin Sticks which is pork tenderloin cut in sticks and hand breaded (save the bread!). My husband had the tenderloin sandwich. Onion rings and mushrooms rounded out the meal. Our meal was 35 and we took enough home for another meal! Delicious!!!
We sat outside and had fried pickles and tenderloin bites. We hung around so long. We ended up having some drinks and then we split a tenderloin between the two of us. It was really good! The meat was tender and not overdone. Wasn't too spicy or too salty. The Wait staff is absolutely amazing and we love them: definitely be going back!
I just moved to the area in August and this place came highly recommended. And I'm glad it was because it's fantastic. Great bar food at great prices, super nice staff and good drinks. I almost don't want to tell people cause I might not be able to get a seat
This place is the best kept secret! I say that because we were invited there for a quick lunch. The people are all so friendly, the staff are nice and the food is really, really good. They definitely cater to their customers with large appetites because the portion of food is generous. So far, I have had the water Buffalo, pub salad, Philly tenderloin, veggie melt, and nachos. I have been there pretty much every day for lunch. It doesn't take long to get food and the prices are great. Sarah is our favorite staff so far. June 4, we had wings and cucumber wrap. I liked the wrap. I just added mayo n ranch and took the green peppers out. Very filling. June 8th, 2023 I had a taste for steak, but I wanted a sandwich, so I asked if the new York strip could be made with the sub bread, and they said YESSS! OMGG, this sandwich was soooo good and juicy. I like my steak rare, and they cooked it perfectly. The cook added cheese, onions, peppers, and mayo. They need to put this on the menu. I could only eat half of it. Delicioussss! Thank you Pawn shop pub 6/12 chicken strips and roast beef and Swiss sandwich was !! We tried the fish sliders and they were fire!! Fish was cooked in clean grease, flaky outside, juicy on inside. We tried the club too, it was sooo much food.
In my top 5 tenderloins in Indy! Great tenderloin, onion rings were fresh made, service was great, very busy, all for under 15.
I got the italian tenderloin which was essentially a pork tenderloin with pizza ingredients. It was really good. I’ve missed out by not coming here until now!
What a dope hidden gem! I’ve driven by a handful of times and finally said “yolo” and came in. It was packed at noon which is so badass to see. Since it was packed, we found a table and helped clear it off so we could sit. Our server Amy, was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Despite being busy she took her time in getting our order and delivering our drinks promptly. The food was outstanding, I am a firm believer that the best food comes from a low key bar. We ordered the deluxe nachos, the hot wings and a frisco melt with onion rings. Highly impressed with all of it, full of flavor, the right amount of crisp and spice. Even took another order of the wings home. As a wing girl, these left me wanting more! Also! The prices can not be beat. 2 beers, a coke, 2 orders of wings, nachos and the frisco melt — 42! Don’t snooze on this spot!
My goodness, if you’re looking for fantastic food and great drink prices, this is your place. The tenderloin sandwich is absolutely top notch. Drinks are delicious and strong. Highly recommend!
